Our Learning Experience Platform: customised and adaptable
The best example of our credo is our Learning Experience Platform (LXP for short). It is not only the central point of contact for the employees of a company when it comes to qualification measures, but also a reference tool. With its powerful search function, the platform facilitates access to information when it is needed and becomes a constant, everyday companion. It helps employees sustainably and improves their performance in the company in the long run.
When designing and implementing the platform, we deliberately do not work with a rigid modular system or a ready-made “of-the-shelf” concept. Individual adjustments are made in order to react to the changing requirements of our customers. These are the nuts and bolts for achieving their learning and corporate goals. Since the platform is based on a content management system that not only allows you to create your own content, but also to integrate external content, it greatly favours long-term use within a company.
Who would want to invest in a training platform that after no more than two years does not serve the interests of the company anymore? You got it: nobody.

Since the creation of micro-learning units, online courses, e-learning material and training games is so easy, and external content can be effortlessly updated again and again, our digital training platform will always be ‘the place to be’ in the long term. With just one simple login the users are right in their familiar environment, can meaningfully link content or even use personalised spaces.
