Projects Sus­tainab­le work for sus­tainab­le lear­ning

The­re is no doubt about it: sus­taina­bi­li­ty is a buz­z­word. Most­ly in the con­text of envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion, and right­ly so, but, at SAPE­RED, we also imple­ment our pro­jects sus­tainab­ly. And we do not do it to fol­low the trend, but becau­se we belie­ve in spe­ci­fic bene­fits for us and, abo­ve all, for our cus­to­mers. Sus­tainab­ly plan­ned and imple­men­ted pro­jects pre­ser­ve resour­ces, lower cos­ts and deli­ver a hig­her return on invest­ment, fac­tors which, at the same time, are the basis for inno­va­ti­on and fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment.

Our Lear­ning Expe­ri­ence Plat­form: cus­to­mi­sed and adap­ta­ble

The best examp­le of our cre­do is our Lear­ning Expe­ri­ence Plat­form (LXP for short). It is not only the cen­tral point of con­ta­ct for the employees of a com­pa­ny when it comes to qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on mea­su­res, but also a refe­rence tool. With its power­ful search func­tion, the plat­form faci­li­ta­tes access to infor­ma­ti­on when it is nee­ded and beco­mes a con­stant, ever­y­day com­pa­n­ion. It hel­ps employees sus­tainab­ly and impro­ves their per­for­mance in the com­pa­ny in the long run.

When designing and imple­men­ting the plat­form, we deli­ber­ate­ly do not work with a rigid modu­lar sys­tem or a rea­dy-made of-the-shelf” con­cept. Indi­vi­du­al adjus­t­ments are made in order to react to the chan­ging requi­re­ments of our cus­to­mers. The­se are the nuts and bolts for achie­ving their lear­ning and cor­po­ra­te goals. Sin­ce the plat­form is based on a con­tent manage­ment sys­tem that not only allows you to crea­te your own con­tent, but also to inte­gra­te exter­nal con­tent, it great­ly favours long-term use wit­hin a com­pa­ny.
Who would want to invest in a trai­ning plat­form that after no more than two years does not ser­ve the inte­rests of the com­pa­ny any­mo­re? You got it: nobo­dy.

The fact that the initi­al cos­ts for the tech­ni­cal set­up of the plat­form or for the indi­vi­du­al cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on pro­cess wit­hin a com­pa­ny are only incur­red once are not the only rea­sons why you would want to use the plat­form as long as pos­si­ble.

The direct users (usual­ly employees of a com­pa­ny) gain a clear advan­ta­ge from a long-term plan­ned solu­ti­on, sin­ce it means that they have a sin­gle point of con­ta­ct for all ever­y­day chal­len­ges. Sin­ce the crea­ti­on of micro-lear­ning units, online cour­ses, e-lear­ning mate­ri­al and trai­ning games is so easy, and exter­nal con­tent can be effort­less­ly updated again and again, our digi­tal trai­ning plat­form will always be the place to be’ in the long term. With just one simp­le log­in the users are right in their fami­li­ar envi­ron­ment, can mea­ning­ful­ly link con­tent or even use per­so­na­li­sed spaces.


Sharing the hap­pi­ness all around

The many fac­tors men­tio­ned abo­ve lead to a con­sis­tent cost/​value effi­ci­en­cy of our LXP. This incre­a­ses the ROI and signi­fi­cant­ly redu­ces expen­ses for the cus­to­mer. This, in turn, means more satis­fied cus­to­mers and even hap­pier employees. A sus­tainab­le win-win situa­ti­on.
